Glenn Oslowski is the Senior Director – Site Lead of Pace® Life Sciences, Oakdale, MN, where he plays a pivotal role overseeing operations at the GMP Analytical Testing facility. Under his leadership, the facility provides critical services ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products.

With over 28 years of experience in analytical services, Glenn has served in a variety of roles at Pace®, including Research/Development Chemist, Departmental Manager, and Director of Chemistry. His deep understanding of regulatory compliance, laboratory management, and strategic planning ensures the facility operates at the highest industry standards.

Glenn is responsible for developing and implementing operational goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple departments. As a strong advocate of integrity, accountability, perseverance, and adaptability, Glenn is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Glenn earned his degree from the University of St. Thomas, where he developed a strong foundation in science and leadership.
