Pace Analytical’s Instrument Support Group (ISG) provides instrument maintenance, repair and qualification services on GC, GC/MS, LC and LC/MS. ISG is an excellent option for pharmaceutical, environmental, petrochemical and food laboratories looking to reduce the cost of instrumentation services, without reducing the quality of service. Service specialists within ISG receive extensive hands-on training, are enrolled in a continuous learning program, and are available to our customers directly without the use of a call center. ISG follows GLP and cGMP guidelines where applicable to meet the specific needs of customers and is ISO 9001:2000 certified as part of the LabOps Division.

The metrology group within ISG is ISO 17025 accredited though A2LA. They provide validation and mapping services for most general laboratory equipment, including incubators, ovens, and stability chambers. Calibration services for general laboratory equipment are also available. In addition, our metrology group performs maintenance and qualification services on dissolution systems and TOC analyzers.

ISG's metrology division also provides a Continuous Monitoring System (CMS) for 24/7 tracking and trending capabilities. By removing inconsistent, unreliable, and time consuming chart recorders and logbooks, this is a system that has continuous remote monitoring and alarm capabilities, as well as remote control capabilities. Anything with a "+" and "-" terminal can be monitored, alarmed and controlled via one computer!

ISG uses the powerful Gauge In-Site software program for tracking equipment calibration, qualification, and preventative maintenance due dates for all of our customers. Customers are able to access their own equipment in Gauge In-Site via a customer portal within this website.
