Staff Augmentation
Extend or support our customer’s current scientific operations without adding FTEs. Scientific talent is placed onsite at a customer’s location. This can be one or more scientists working in a variety of functions alongside our customer’s employees. Pace can also provide a manager who not only works in the lab but also handles employee personnel.
Statement of Work (SOW) Deliverable Based
Pace develops and manages a program to maximize customer control while minimizing customer effort. The program aligns with our customers’ laboratory needs and goals. in the program, a Pace manager provides work direction to our employees while measuring KPIs and deliverables- ensuring laboratory goals are met. Process examples include QC testing, sample prep, material characterization, routine analytical testing, and more.
