In addition to the 40,000 sq. ft. facility currently in operation, Pace owns another 20,000 sq. ft. building directly adjacent to the existing facility. Steady growth of our business indicates we will begin to expand into that space within the next couple years. Should the need arise to support immediate client demand, this space can be quickly converted to any necessary additional lab or stability storage space.
