Daniel is the VP of the Scientific Professional Services division, where he leads commercial and operational activities spanning both Professional Services (scientific laboratory staffing & regulatory services) and Instrument Support Services (instrument repair & qualification, facility certification & qualification, and laboratory relocation).
Prior to joining Pace, Daniel worked in management consulting for firms such as Deloitte and most recently was a Principal at Oliver Wyman. As a consultant, Daniel focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Life Science industry, working across biopharma, medical device, diagnostics and pharma services (CDMO), for private equity and corporate clients.
While in these roles, Daniel worked on dozens of transactions worth over $15B in value, executing activities across the M&A spectrum from M&A strategy, due diligence (CDD/VDD), post-merger integration, portfolio company value creation and sell-side road shows.
Prior to consulting, Daniel was a Director at GE Healthcare Life Science (now Cytiva), serving as general manager, leading global P&L’s as well as successfully forming, launching and scaling new businesses for the company. He is also a graduate of the GE Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP).
Daniel holds an MBA from Boston College with a concentration in Finance as well as a BS in Biology from Northeastern University.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is an amateur bicycle racer.
