Warranty Statement

We stand behind all of our refurbished instruments, service work, and parts. Pricing on all of our qualified instruments include a 90 days labor, 6 Months parts warranty. A six month parts warranty coupled with a 6 months labor warranty will be included for instruments installed by our staff at your facility.

Installations are available. Instrument labor will be covered by our staff only. All instrument parts are covered under this warranty except for consumable items such as glassware, seals, needles, and filters. Warranty does not cover negligent care including misuse, mishandling of components or inadequate power protection.

Our instrument parts include a 30 day warranty.

Our bench repair services include a 60 day warranty.
