Pace Analytical’s Lab Ops Instrument Support Group (ISG) began in 1999 servicing laboratory equipment for our internal labs nationwide. We have progressed into a full service instrument service, repair and refurbishment organization with clients in several countries and all across the United States.

Pace ISG provides pre-qualified, high quality, refurbished chromatography equipment to all sectors of the analytical testing industry worldwide. ISG can custom configure a chromatography system to fit your specific needs. ISG can perform installation and qualification on all instruments we supply. Service
LabOps- ISG has built a team of professionally trained service specialists to provide high quality instrument support services in a timely manner at a very affordable price. We model our efforts around each customer’s specific needs and can encompass a wide variety of analytical equipment makes and models into one easy to manage support program. Our services include preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, relocations, and calibrations/qualifications on models from manufacturers such as Agilent/HP, Waters, Shimadzu, Perkin Elmer, Beckman, and Varian. Our specialists are supplied with resources that include a large inventory of spare parts, spare equipment, and calibrated devices/meters all of which are managed within our comprehensive inventory database program. Our operation uses procedures that ensure compliance with ISO and cGMP/GLP regulations.

Some instrument brokers will find you a good deal on used equipment, but can't deliver. We have one of the largest stocks of used equipment and parts in the market. We stock our 10,000 square foot facility with the items to help your business run smoothly and successfully! We do not sell what we do not have!!
