Pace Analytical’s ISG has the solution to manage your metrology needs. We provide qualified services assured to meet or exceed existing compliance standards. Accurate and precise measurements are critical to the success of any quality program. A qualified program to measure and document metrology data can be time consuming, expensive and difficult to manage. Whether it is simple instrumentation or more complex equipment, we provide metrology services to ensure reliable performance.

Our metrology group is ISO 17025 accredited through A2LA. We have highly trained equipment technicians that work with a broad library of protocols that can be modified to fit many types of scientific instruments. Through on-site or base laboratory testing, we can provide customized services to specifically fit your compliance needs. Through the customer portal within this website, customers can access and track their own equipment calibration, validation, and PM due dates.

Dissolution and TOC Analyzers:

As part of Pace’s Instrument Support Group, the metrology group provides maintenance, repair and qualification services on dissolution systems from a variety of manufacturers and TOC systems. (See Chromatography Instrumentation Services for more details about our service contract program.)

Validations and Calibrations:

Validations are available for equipment such as stability chambers, ovens, freezers, incubators, etc. ISG also provides temperature mapping and humidity mapping services on critial laboratory equipment. Calibration services are available for general laboratory equipment in certain regions of the US.
