Laboratory Relocations

Whether you’re moving your laboratory across a building or across the country, Pace’s Instrument Support Group (ISG) can help with laboratory relocations. ISG is experienced in appropriate decommissioning of analytical instrumentation and the ability to install and re-qualify the systems (IQ, OQ/PQ) at the new location to ensure downtime stays at a minimum. Thanks to our in-house Quality Assurance group, we understand the needs of cGMP laboratories and follow cGMP requirements to keep productivity at a maximum.

If your laboratory relocation is farther than a few blocks, ISG will package the equipment for safe traveling. This may include custom-built shock-resistant crates, customized foam inserts, and materials including pallets, Gaylord containers, shrink wrap, steel strapping and bubble wrap. Pace ISG can help load and unload trucks carefully, with knowledge of the importance of the packaged goods.

Pace ISG can also help with laboratory decommissioning. We can pack your equipment safely and help you ship it following DOT guidelines. We send shipping materials and trained personnel to your facility, eliminating hassle for you.
