Through service contracts or time & materials service, ISG supports various makes and manufacturers, including current and “no longer supported” chromatography (GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS, UPLC) equipment from Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, Dionex, Varian, Perkin Elmer and more. In addition, ISG provides service and repair for PE ICP-OES, PE ICP-MS, HP/Agilent ICPMS, Tekmar TOC analyzers & Varian, Distek, and Hansen dissolution systems.

To minimize equipment downtime, the PaceTECH Support Plan (download flier) allows service specialists within ISG to connect with customers directly via phone, webcam and remote access. No call center!

Laboratory instrument service contracts are customized to meet the customer’s requests, with unlimited lab equipment repair visits, including parts, travel and labor, and options including the number of preventative maintenance visits and qualifications per year. ISG uses a software program for tracking equipment calibration, qualification, preventative maintenance due dates and a record of repairs made. Service contract customers can access their own equipment via our customer portal.

We also support laboratory instrumentation on a time and materials basis for repairs with a minimal hourly rate and no initiation fee. Lab equipment repairs are efficient and thorough at low cost. Our flat rate services include preventative maintenance, installations, relocations and qualifications on equipment such as GC, HPLC, IC, GC/MS, LC/MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, Dissolution and TOC.

ISG specialists are supplied with resources that include a large inventory of spare parts, calibrated devices/meters and other equipment. As part of the LabOps Division, ISG is ISO 9001:2008 certified and follows GLP and cGMP guidelines where applicable to meet the specific needs of customers.
