All of our systems are fully refurbished and qualified (OQ/PQ) prior to shipment and carry a competitive warranty. ICP-MS systems are preconfigured with PaceTECH Support (download flyer) and a webcam for remote interactive training and warranty support.

We also provide a selection of autosamplers for inorganic instrumentation including new and refurbished Elemental Scientific, Inc. (ESI) standard & FAST systems, Perkin Elmer AS-90/93 series and Cetac 500 series. Pace ISG provides the latest revision of software (or older versions) to completely automate your new ICP or ICP-MS system.

On-site and classroom ICP training & ICP-MS training courses are available and tailored to meet your needs. Training can include the following topics: basic theory, operation, maintenance & consumables, standard operating procedures, method development and advanced techniques, such as ESI-FAST, organic analysis, hydride generation, LA-ICPMS, GC-ICPMS, LC-ICPMS and elemental speciation.
