General Manager
Responsible for all aspects of laboratory operations including the organic and inorganic departments, field services department, support services department as well as directing sales, client services, and laboratory quality functions
Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsiblities:
- Profit and loss responsibility for the laboratory, development of annual budget, business and marketing plans
- Develop and maintain laboratory client business base working closely with sales representatives
- Responsible for maintaining operational consistency with other Pace Laboratories, promoting and utilizing the system
- Chair Operations Committee for laboratory

Supervisory Responsiblities:
- Supervise department managers, providing guidance in the management of personnel, quality of services, technical competence, productivity and technical expansion, and assure a smooth operation of the support functions for the laboratory
- Provide the primary communication line to laboratory for corporate information, interpretation and application of policy
- Promote cooperation and teamwork among staff
Requirements:
- BS degree in science or related to the business of the laboratory, advanced degree preferred
- Ten years of related experience with five years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar position desired
- Must possess good communication skills both verbal and written, aggressive business knowledge; ability to plan, organize and prioritize work; deal discreetly with confidential matters/information
- Must possess the ability to deal with public and make public presentations in a professional manner; and must have the ability to deal firmly and fairly with personnel problems that arise.

Project Manager
Serves as the primary technical and administrative liaison between clients and Pace Analytical Services, Inc. through daily coordination of activities including taking orders, reporting data and analytical results. Represents laboratory services to prospective and existing clients and maintains client records
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects
- Interfacing between client and laboratory personnel
- Maintaining client records
- Provide quotes to Customers
- Review Reports
- Organizational and communication skills as well as a strong sense of customer service are a must. Candidate must be able to multi-task with accuracy and speed
Requirements:
- College degree (BA/BS) preferably in the sciences
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in the customer service industry
