Candidate will provide routine support to the Life Sciences laboratory
Responsibilities:
- Sample preparation
- Run samples for analysis
- Assist senior chemist/group leader with method transfers and validations as needed
- Complete all work within SOP's and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality, cGMP, safety, method and technique training
Requirements:
- BS degree in Chemistry or related science
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and contribute in a team environment

Chemist II – Raw Materials Group – Pace Life Sciences
Candidate will perform HPLC and GC analysis of pharmaceutical products (API's and excipents) using USP, EP, BP, JP, ACS and other compendium as well as client methods
Responsibilities:
- Utilize GC and HPLC to run compendial and client methods as well as develop and validate methods per customer requirements
- Manage test workload to deliver on time results
- Prepare final reports for customer and write internal documents (Equipment SOPs, Lab Methods, etc)
- Serve as a mentor to junior staff members/train new employees
Requirements:
- 4 year degree in science field
- 2 - 5 years experience with GC and/or HPLC instrumentation
- Must be detail orientated and able to multi-task
- Previous compendial testing experience a plus

Senior Inorganic Chemist
Candidate will head a project from a medical device company to develop, validate and perform routine testing in the area of Inorganic Analysis
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our clients to manage a project
- Troubleshoot, develop and validate ICP and AA methodologies
- Maintain and perform basic service on ICP and AA instruments
- Critically evaluate ICP and AA data
- Run GC analysis on occasion
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Chemistry or related science
- Significant hands on and method development experience with ICP, ICP-MS and AA
- GMP and ISO experience a plus
- Customer service skills and project management experience a plus
