Analytical Method Development Chemist
Pace Analytical's Professional Services Team is looking for an Analytical Method Development Chemist to join our team in Greenfield, IN
Responsibilities:
- The position has responsibility for analytical method development and stability testing using analytical instrumentation including Waters HPLC and UPLC systems
- Perform pharmacokinetic studies
- Analysis of small molecules to proteins and peptides
Qualifications:
- BS in chemistry or related science
- 3 - 5 years of experience in method development and stability work
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and be effective with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills that are results oriented
- Understanding of cGMP guidelines preferred
- Experience with Empower and Waters HPLC preferred

Scientific Project Coordinator
The Scientific Project Coordinator will be a scientist who will support product development studies by managing project data, budgets and timelines
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of standard project and business management processes and tools. These processes and tools may include but are not limited to the development, monitor, and control of integrated timelines, budgets, risk management plans, communication plans, business process map (
Planisware) tool.
- Drive the adminitrative aspects of project management processes across multiple teams (i.e. platform) and/or subsets of teams.
- Ensure delivery of the output and communication of the results of project management processes to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Responsible for entering, maintaining, reconciling, communicating to leadership, and ensuring the accuracy of project specific data in appropriate databases in a timely manner. This includes support of project contracts, budgeting and tracking and facilitating records management to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures and global policies.
- Responsible for generating or accessing project specific metrics/reports and identification of issues or project data variances using these reports.
- Collect data for and prepare accurate management or goverance committee updates on project status at required frequency using appropriate templates and tools.
- Establish, maintain and use information repositories/sites (i.e. LillyNet Dairy and related collaboration sites).

Shuttle and projects into
Planisware and maintaining connection with regulatory tracking in
Insights; acting as subject matter expert (SME) for Dairy Development; monitoring and updating milestones, communicating to project owners/scientific leaders regarding upcoming milestones and escalating issues appropriately for proactive issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Two year degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a health-related and/or technical field
- Consistent successful demonstration of performance management leadership behaviors relevant to role
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of project management skills, tools, and processes in areas such as timeline, cost, and risk management
- Proficiency in a variety of PC applications and databases including MS Project, SAP (primarily project systems)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, team working, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in tracking and reporting data
- Good problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence
- Independt self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and project priorities and adjust as needed
- Ability to place complex information and metrics in context and communicate results to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
- Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities
- Strong computer skills; skilled at using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
