Laboratory Analyst - Volatile GCMS
Summary:
Pace Analytical Services, Inc. a leading environmental laboratory is seeking an entry level GCMS Operator for our Environmental lab near Murrysville, PA.  This position will primarily be preparing samples for analysis in the VOA-MS department.  This is a full time position with benefits.  Wednesday through Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Check sample preservation
  • Organize samples in cold storage
  • Make dilutions of samples
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a scientific discipline, working towards a degree, or equivalent experience in analytical/environmental chemistry
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Current and applicable computer skills
